Below you will find a link to an e-book that I finished recently. As you will see, the writer is not very familiar with the English language, which posed a real challenge. I normally prefer to make the changes myself instead of just highlighting them and have them make the changes, but many writers do not allow that. In most cases they tell me this is so they can see and learn what they did wrong. When this can be done, I will go all the way through the document again to double check for errors. Also, the writing in blue was the 'corrected' copy another proofreader / editor had completed. As you can see, there were still many errors. Another item to note is in the corrected copy; she had not yet chosen the Table of Contents format, so this is not included.
