Virtual / Administrative Assistance pricing generally runs $13 - $28 per hour (charged in 15 minute increments), based on the scope of the work, but I can also provide you with a quote on a per-project basis. There is a $2 - $5 per hour additional charge for rush and weekend work.
Proofreading by the word is 2 cents for less than 10,000 words, 1.25 cents for 10,000 - 30,000 words, and you receive an additional 10% discount if you have over 30,000 words.
Student Proofreading by the word is 1.5 cents for less than 10,000 words, 1 cent for 10,000 - 30,000 words, and you will receive an additional 10% discount if you have over 30,000 words
Copy Editing and Proofreading by the word is 3 cents for less than 10,000 words, 2.25 cents for 10,000 - 30,000 words, and you receive an additional discount if you have over 30,000 words.
Manuscript or School Paper Typing is $21 per hour, which includes proofreading. Editing is not available to students -- only an unethical company would ever do editing on a school project.
Monthly billing / retainer work can be arranged for ongoing projects (such as newlsetters, reporting, billing, website updates, etc.). Please contact me with the scope of the project(s) and I can provide you with a quote.

Bartering may also be an option. Many times companies provide products and/or services that I need, so an arrangement can be made to 'trade' services. Contact me and we'll see if this is a viable option for us.
A 25% deposit is required when the project is started (for all projects over $25), with the balance due within 15 days of the completion of the project (a $20 per month service fee will be applicable to all accounts over 30 days). Projects under $25 require full payment before the project is started.
Payment can be made via money order, certified check, or PayPal (includes credit card and checks). Any checks returned will incur a $30 returned check charge, in addition to any late payment fee.
Work will be provided back to you in the manner requested (e-mail, fax, United State Postal Service, UPS, etc.) at whatever my costs were plus a 10% processing fee, if applicable. Copies of receipts will be furnished upon request.
Free pick-up and delivery is available for projects over $25 in the Kentuckiana area (you'll know what that means if you live in this area!). Projects under $25 will incur a $10 delivery fee.
